The room was clean and spacious, perfect for accommodating an elderly family member with a walker. The 24, hour cafe on, site was convenient for late, night arrivals. I appreciated the helpful security team who quickly provided a wheelchair for my husband in need. The quiet hallways allowed for a peaceful night's rest before a busy day.
The beds were on the firmer side, causing a bit of discomfort during the stay. The outdated TV in the room had a dark picture, and despite reporting the issue to the front desk, it was not addressed promptly.

We partied at the casino with our awesome Casino Host, scoring big on slots and sports bets. The bars had the games on, making it the ultimate hangout spot for sports fans. The dining options were clutch, keeping us fueled up for the non-stop fun.
Wish they had more late-night events for us young party animals to keep the energy high all night long! .

Jake's Bar is a blast! Playing games while sipping drinks, feeling like a pro. The Sourdough Cafe served tasty food. Catering staff were fantastic.
Missing a shower curtain in one room was a delightful surprise.

The parking lot security was always around, which made me feel safe during my convention trip. The room in the Klondike was clean and well-maintained, and there were food options nearby that were reasonably priced.
We booked a non-smoking room, but it smelled of smoke and mildew. The air conditioner was noisy and kept us up all night, and the shower was clogged.

The heating and air conditioning in the rooms were a bit hit or miss. While some rooms were comfortable, others seemed to struggle with maintaining a consistent temperature. I did appreciate having tea and coffee facilities in the room, as it was a nice touch for a quick pick-me-up in the mornings. I was disappointed to find that the free toiletries provided were of low quality and left my skin feeling dry and uncomfortable. The flat-screen TV in the room was a bit outdated and had a poor picture quality with limited channel options. I also found it frustrating that there were no options to hook up my own devices for entertainment. One aspect I did enjoy was the valet parking service, which was convenient and made it easy to come and go from the hotel. there were some concerns about the cleanliness of the rooms, with some areas showing signs of neglect and needing a thorough deep clean. my experience at Arizona Charlie's was a bit mixed.

the location is good and the casino has nice staff.
the mattress was super uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep. we also found the rooms dirty and smelly, which was disappointing.

We were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a free upgrade to a penthouse suite due to an issue with our initial room. The modern and clean facilities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this Vegas hotel was fantastic! From the moment we checked in, the night front desk clerk Dee was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We loved the convenience of being able to request a room close to the elevator and the recently remodeled hotel's clean and open look. The showers were absolutely amazing, the best we've ever experienced in a hotel. The soft pillows made for a wonderful sleep, even for guests on the older side. We can't wait to come back in a few months!

the room was clean and the AC worked well. the beds were comfortable and the staff was accommodating. the casino had a good atmosphere and I was able to gamble comfortably. the affordable breakfast at the cafe was great, and the location in the same parking lot as a Ross was convenient.

Our Casino Host at the hotel was exceptional, keeping us in the loop about all the slot and table game opportunities.
My wife says that the hotel could benefit from more family-friendly activities.

the room was very comfortable and clean. the location was near my sister, and it's close to a casino. great bands over the weekend. the cafe and buffet were enjoyable. great casino games and 24-hour bingo. very affordable and a good value.
